I am getting confused here .. The  original  review has been submitted by Uthamna and published by you with exactly the same format as I have sent you .. Check the site . How can  something be  accepted and another rejected  and when no abstract  or references were given ?  This is not an academic paper but A REBUTTAL and there is no  abstract or reference L ..  If you  do not accept  to include mine then you should remove the  Uthman  review as it has NOT met your specified criteria as requested .  I am sorry but you have to apply the same standards . I am taking this matter  seriously  please ..
