In the last two days I think there has been a positive response amongst NEP editors to Ekkehart's offer. So now that this body is growing I suggest that sooner rather than we split MPRA into two lists: one dealing with technical issues and other dealing with editing topics. This is the case at NEP. Otherwise editors get bombarded with stuff they can't make head from tails and "switch off".
