It has to be done on a domain-by-domain basis. I will do it
for the authors.repec.org domain. Our SPF is very strict.

For the case that somebody makes smtp callback, make sure
the machine can receive mail to the sending address.

we'll need to have Boon setup the mail server to receive mail for whichever addresses you need to send from.
