      Citations numbers between CitEc and RAS are very different. I have never 
understood why and never got a convincing answer. What should I say?

Hi Christian
For the last few months when I log in I get "We don't have any new citations for you"
And I have not had to confirm any potential citations in a long while . As my ranking continues to slip by the month from 43 and now to 50, I am wondering when I am due for a citation update. The gap between the citations I see and the ones used in the rankings is about 1400 or so.
