Now this does not look right, indeed. I would have to look at the relevant records to understand at least something. (not able to do this immediately)

no. It read inceimy.rdf but then it found that the record that is within the file is in a known conflict with similarly-identified record in another file (spiesin.rdf). So, the update daemon thinks: do I need to read spiesin.rdf to check if the conflict is still there? and it answers to itself: no, I don't need to check it since it hasn't changed recently and I can trust the data I have about it (and that data being that the conflicting record is still present in spiesin.rdf).

in the update daemon log -- it is a part of the handle conflict checking. The record in question is in a conflict. Re-read my last explanatory message on the topic and use the adm/ tools mentioned there to check it yourself. Use updareq with a little number to force processing the file again (once you correct the conflict).

Another update issue. This fellow complains his affiliation does not work (anymore). And indeed it does not, as it is not found despite a template being present and valid. So I updareq on this template alone. Then, in the logs I find:

Waht the heck is that? I ask for inceimy and it processes spiesin!

Dear Christian
I tried following three variants on the RePCe author service:
1.INCEIF 2. International Centre for Education in Islamic Economics (INCEIF) 3. INCEIF The global University in Islamic Finance (This is the now the name of the institution as you may check from their web site)
None appears in the ADD List on my computer though the the two othe colleagues of mine are registered at the second name
