I'm resending this message since I got no reaction to the first one. The communication of citations from nebka to sopri is broken since Sep 5. adnetec@sopri should have ssh access to the new nebka machine a directory /home/adnetec/ras-exports should exists there where cit_events files are stored. That's all I can say about the problem.... Regards, --- José Manuel Barrueco http://www.uv.es/=barrueco ---------- Forwarded message ---------- Date: Mon, 19 Sep 2011 09:11:15 +0200 (Hora de verano romance) From: Jose Manuel Barrueco <barrueco@uv.es> To: CitEc-Run <Citec-run@lists.openlib.org> Cc: RAS-run Mailing List <ras-run@lists.openlib.org> Subject: cit_events Hi, files cit_events are missing in sopri since Sep 6th. cit_events are citations added by authors using RAS. Not sure if they don't exist for the last days or if there is a problem with permissions in the rsyn from the new server to sopri. BTW, we have been testing the input form for citations and it seems to work fine. In the last two week, 105 papers have been processed and 4300 references submitted using this form. It would be useful if you can link from IDEAS/EconPapers to the citec page in those papers which have no references found. The link should look like: http://citec.repec.org/cgi-bin/ui.pl?h=<handle> Comments are welcome... On Wed, 16 Jul 2008, Christian Zimmermann wrote:

ras-exports/ should contain files like: cit_events.2011-09-03 cit_events.2011-09-04 cit_events.2011-09-05 one file for each day. The last one in sopri is dated Sep 6. On Wed, 21 Sep 2011, Dan Hayes wrote:

Hi Dan, the files are now in sopri. The problem is that we need to change the update script there because it was wrotten to fetch the files from nebka. At the moment the script can't know what the new files are. Ivan could you have a look into this since the script was yours? Thanks, On Wed, 21 Sep 2011, Dan Hayes wrote:

I've copied the missing export files from nebka to sopri and have manually processed it there. I've made a new script on nebka: ~/bin/ras2citec-export-job.sh . It copies the export files to sopri and executes a script there, ~/Ivan/handle_ras_exports.pl . And it would log the result to a file on nebka. I've disabled the old cronjob on sopri. I'll check tomorrow if the arrangement works. -i On Mon, Sep 26, 2011 at 9:52 AM, Jose Manuel Barrueco <barrueco@uv.es> wrote:
