NB: apache seems to be running despite the on screen message. Thomas will launch rid when he thinks everything is OK, and the DNS change can be made then.

I have installed the rid start script, I have moved mirrored users aacis and adrepec from /home to /opt, and I am in the process of backing up to snefru. The move of mirrored users from /home/ to /opt avoids these users being mirror. I haev updated the xslt library that was on hold. This library's recent versions work very well with the ACIS xslt code, I have had no problems on authorclaim. The next thing is to udgrade apache to apache2. I am starting with this now.
