Sorry for this but I am not fully aware how it works here but fact is that gmail does not take it. There are two rejections here, the second to Okuda looks serious. It could be related to forwarding junk to authors@repec.org anna@gmail.com. We have a similar problem in NEP, with spam sent to the nep-???-owner@lists.repec.org forwarded to owners, some of them having gmail accounts.
