Re: [RAS] Account http://ideas.repec.org/e/c/pni10.html damaged (fwd)
OK, I went ahead and did the following: I went into ganicode@ulb.ac.be.xml, and changed all instances of pni209 to pni10 (in its various manifestations. I then went into the account, poked around, confirming there is a internal server error when looking at citations and saved. pni10.rdf got created, so it looks it transfered well to the new short-id. I deleted pni209.rdf. Christian Zimmermann FIGUGEGL! modifying userdata file is not enough. the shortid to full handle reference is primarily recorded in the short id database tables -- there are several of them -- and in short-id.log. short-id.log is the primary backup for those tables. -i On Fri, Feb 11, 2011 at 2:13 AM, Christian Zimmermann <christian.zimmermann@uconn.edu> wrote:

Gaetan,
it looks like your record "broke" at a time before we have backups for. Please create a new account, and we will change its short-id to prevent links from breaking.

Thank you Ivan. I did a mysql> use acis; Database changed mysql> delete from records where shortid='pni209'; Query OK, 1 row affected (0.05 sec) mysql> use rdb; Database changed mysql> delete from sid_id_to_handle where id='pni209'; Query OK, 1 row affected (0.16 sec) on the 500 error, the execution seems normal but it is taking too long. I tried to start pperl aras@nebka:~/acis$ /usr/bin/pperl-debug -- -k /home/aras/WWW/cgi/a.cgi ; PERL_UNICODE=SD /usr/bin/pperl-debug -w -- --prefork=5 --maxclients 70 --slogfile=/home/aras/acis/pperl/child.log -L /home/aras/WWW/cgi/a.cgi </dev/null >/dev/null /usr/bin/pperl-debug: error while loading shared libraries: libdb-4.3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory /usr/bin/pperl-debug: error while loading shared libraries: libdb-4.3.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory so maybe pperl is not running and that could be part of the overload problem? But when I am back to Gaetan's account, things seem to run normal, I get into his citations account.
