Probably related to the change in the location of the AMFcitatiton data. But I logged in and it worked. Cheers, Thomas Krichel http://openlib.org/home/krichel http://authorclaim.org/profile/pkr1 skype: thomaskrichel
I tried as well. Got an error on log out. Got several complaints that confirmation URLs result in errors, but they look fine, except that the lock file does not get erased. I have changed to location of the citatino AMF on neka I have erased some of the data on mutabor by accident, as reported earlier. I am not sure where I can restore them from, because don't know when they are written. As we try to fix a small problem, we get bigger problems. This should have beenn done when I was not traveling. If the deletion was on RePEc/zzz/cites this may cause cites being deleted in RAS too. I can update the amf data from mysql...

Should we take it down? I think we should. We may have a mysql corruption. Cheers, Thomas Krichel http://openlib.org/home/krichel http://authorclaim.org/profile/pkr1 skype: thomaskrichel

Thank you. I up rsyncing a last time... It may take a very long time to check the tables on nebka. Cheers, Thomas Krichel http://openlib.org/home/krichel http://authorclaim.org/profile/pkr1 skype: thomaskrichel
It's running now. I'll notify you when it finishes. btw, when you update perl, please tell me because some scripts failed due that some modules were missing.

You should check if they can be get via debian. More and more can be. Use apt-cache search foo apt-get install foo I have the same problem with authorclaim. There are now only three pieces of perl you can't get via debian. I have been working on a cpan script to automate the process. I agree it's a pain. I will perform a manual check of all mysql tables later, at about 13:00. JMBC, if you can get on Skype please do. Cheers, Thomas Krichel http://openlib.org/home/krichel http://authorclaim.org/profile/pkr1 skype: thomaskrichel
