Sure. It will probably take a day for me to do it. I could try to initially comment out the links to the citations screen and then work on them. This could be done around Xmas time to reduce the chances of people using RAS and things go wrong.
Something more trivial that I have called for before is putting somethin on top of the new registration page about not creating a new entry when one has moved, but rather log in in the old account and moving the email there. I caught three people doing it wrong today...
