I tested the registration of John Maynard Keynes. It worked well, except that http://ras.openlib.org/pro/pke1/ is not found.
If anyone helps me with testing, and no blocker issues are found, i'll go on with the upgrade at about 9am UTC on Dev 13, which is about midnight time on nebka server.
Basically, I'll wait for the end of the nightly script and start upgrade. I'll plan the upgrade in more detail now.
