same happens to me with wop (gazillions new NEP files everyday) and apb (URL check files). It used to be an issue with some of Kit's archives until he concatenated the files. This has very little to do with the network outage at UConn. I frequently have problems mirroring per. Not sure if this is because there are a lot of files to mirror, network issues, bugs in mirror.pl or something else.

This is an automated message to inform you that RePEc is having problems mirroring your RePEc archive at ftp://nebka.openlib.org/RePEc/per/. These problems have persisted for the last 7 days.
The problem is probably caused by missing files on your server or some problem with the server configuration. More details about the nature of the problem are available by studying the mirroring log files at http://EconPapers.repec.org/check/per/.
The Archive Maintainers FAQ at http://EconPapers.repec.org/archiveFAQ.htm provides additional information on how to solve common problems.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions relating to this issue.
