Yes, I was very surprised, and I have been able to reproduce the bug. However, what you submit here is not a valid URL, I think. To be valid has to be local_part?param1=value1¶m2=value2 etc Here, your local part is "login", and then you submit a parameter name, not a value for it. I suspect we could rewrite the URL with mod_rewrite to make it acceptable, but I doubt this is good practice.
