yes, there is no need to rsync the /home/adrepec account from nebka. It makes sense to set up sshfs from the ideas server to the new RAS server. By the way, what is the new server's name? When we migrate, we should do it the ACIS way. rsync the ReDIF data files and the AMF CitEC files annd the ~/acis/userdata, as they are, and run the update daemon.
Note that on the same physical machine, but different VM, the ReDIF data is already live for IDEAS. It is much simpler to rsync it from there.
