When we migrate, we should do it the ACIS way. rsync the ReDIF data files and the AMF CitEC files annd the ~/acis/userdata, as they are, and run the update daemon.
Note that on the same physical machine, but different VM, the ReDIF data is already live for IDEAS. It is much simpler to rsync it from there.
