[RAS] ras.openlib.org moves from holda to rishu

      I just changed the DNS. 

  I have installed most of the software. It was a bit of a sweat.
  The service is down because 

aras@rishu:~/WWW$ /home/aras/WWW/cgi/acis_suexec.fcgi
Use of uninitialized value $ENV{"HTTPS"} in string eq at /home/aras/acis/lib/Web/App.pm line 696.

  Over to you Ivan.

  Ivan please when you install something on rishu as root, only
  install debian packages. If a perl module is not available as a perl
  package, plesae install it local to aras, with a prefix ~/usr/.
