is correct. If I told you to use that a while back -- it was a mistake.

But in principle it could be made to be accepted, so as to make older requests valid. And it must have been valid in the past, because CZ tested. And the way the system reacts clearly is a bug, it should either accept or reject.

I am not sure what the best strategy is to clear this up.

We still have the rid problem.
