[ArchEc] letter of inquiry to Sloan

I want to look for funding for ArchEc. The Sloan Foundation encourage letters of inquiry. Instructions are here http://www.sloan.org/apply-for-grants/letters-of-inquiry/ Here is my draft http://openlib.org/home/krichel/tmp/archec.txt There are two main points that I think I want to discuss. 1 - I am not sure the OLS should be the grantee. 2 - I am not sure we should / need to go through the board.
