I believe that the metadata used is /home/adrepec/RePEc/remo. /opt/snefru may only be a symbolic link to that, or vice versa. Where the data should be taken from is /home/ftp/pub/RePEc/remo on the IDEAS machine. It is already doing all the mirroring work, no need to take it from elsewhere. I don't think snefru exports it. So I think the snefru directory can be deleted, but it better to check, looking for recent files there.
