So it looks like the system does not offer suggestions with the last name any more, only exact names, and offers a 'no' for all of them.

It still offers only exact names, but with a 'yes'. So I cannot test whether it gives a default 'no' for inexact matches.
Note 1: the 'yes' is not colored. Bug or feature?

I am still not able to generate a 'no', as the system only displays exact name variations.
I suggest to upgrade to this and collect user feedback -- certainly there are issue we have not noticed.
