Because all items that could be offered to you as the surname-only matches were in your refused list. I've removed most items from your refused list. Now, if you enter and check, you'll see a few of the inexact matches, offered with No by default.
That is odd, because I did not have any refused items for "Ana Cavajal"... But I see it works fine now. I see now a button "refuse all undecided options". Why that, there is no undecided item to have.
But I now see some mangled characters (Unicode), and that's something I need to investigate.
That is most likely an issue with the relevant RePEc archive.
