This truly enrages me. This always happens when I am away, and always after a software update.
Last time it had NOTHING to do with any software, it was a hardware issue and thing only got better after I convinced you, after many hours of email, to change the hardware. I doubt the issue we are having now has to do with software but at this stage I can not say.
