On any of my services, I hold the crontab in etc/crontab. I must have activated that. If aras to nebka works differentyl, then the file etc/crontab should contain a note to that effect. The seems to get blocked at various places. Not all, as I now found some confirmed new accounts. But it really looks like the emails get blocked. We never had a confirmation rate in the order of 20%, by very far.

That seems clumsy. What about simply using the crontab default editor?
