We are supposed to have 14 magic sessions (automatic updates) every hour.
It turns out we have exactly on every two hours, always the same:

What is going on? Note that this session never completes.

I do not know how to answer that! numbers on RAS are, from experience,
not the same as on CitEc, and typically lower.
