I am getting numerous such complaints. While I was first attributing them to the recent downtime, it seems the difficulties are still lasting and date to before the downtime. The adrepec account looks up-to-date, so something must be wrong elsewhere. For example, I find that entries I added to EDIRC on May 27 are not available in EDIRC, while they are certainly present in the adrepec account. Christian Zimmermann FIGUGEGL! updating issue not resolved

It turns out that when I respond to a complaint about something not being listed in RAS by issuing an updareq command only refreshes the material, but still does not solve the issue of updates not happening. But, at least in my case, the difference is large, has lasted for a long time and seems to follow no logical pattern. For instance, some count citations from two versions of a citing work as two; sometimes as one; and a bunch of cites are missing from the RAS but are in Ideas and in the monthly e-mail. If you would like to use me as a guinea pig for looking into the overall issue, please feel free since it not obvious what is causing the differences. For the record though, I have to say that the linking of old working papers with published work is fantastic - keep up the great effort.
