There is the problem with this file
~/data/current/inu/inuarch.rdf
$stat --printf="%Y\n" inuarch.rdf
gives its timestamp only
18000
as result of this script read_redif could not proceed any further due to
error in creating directory for tobi handle in this file ( inuarch.rdf)
